What We Collect

When you book or check in a repair, we ask for:

• Your name, phone number and email, and your company name if you give one
• Your device, its serial number or IMEI if you give one, and what is wrong with it
• Your address, if you give one
• The estimates and invoices for your repair, and the amounts you paid

How We Use It

We use your information to repair your device, contact you about your repair, email your estimates and invoices, honour our 60-day warranty and keep the accounting records the law requires.

The repair tracker asks for your repair code and the last 4 digits of your phone number only to find your repair.

Cookies and Analytics

Our website does not use cookies and does not count your visits with an analytics service.

Your choice of light or dark theme is saved in your own browser.

Service Providers

Service providers host our website and repair records and deliver the estimates and invoices we email you. They store information in Canada or the United States.

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your information for as long as we need it for these purposes and as the law requires.

Your Choices

You can ask our Store Manager to see, correct or delete your information, except what the law requires us to keep.
